Remolity, Inc. is seeking Certified Inpatient Coders to work on the micro1 project, improving medical data accuracy and integrity to train next-generation AI systems.

You will review inpatient records, assign principal and secondary diagnoses, validate MS-DRGs, and provide feedback to help models learn and reason more effectively. This fully remote US role requires current CIC/CCS or RHIA/RHIT/COC certification, access to ICD-10-CM/PCS resources, and a commitment of at least 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active certification in CIC or CCS or RHIA/RHIT/COC or equivalent AHIMA/AAPC credential.
• Access to up-to-date ICD-10-CM/PCS coding books and Coding Clinic guidance.
• Currently working in inpatient medical coding or related documentation role.
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Review inpatient records for accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS coding per guidelines.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify principal and secondary diagnoses, assign POA indicators.
• Validate MS-DRG assignment and flag HACs and PSPIs.
• Evaluate AI-generated notes against documentation standards.
• Code AI-generated information using ICD-10-CM/PCS.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in diagnosis and procedure coding.
• Provide written feedback to improve model performance.
