Remolity, Inc. seeks an experienced Inpatient Coder (ICD-10/CCS/CIC) to contribute high-quality annotations for real-world medical records. You will assign precise ICD-10-CM/PCS codes, determine POA indicators, and validate MS-DRG outcomes to enrich AI training datasets.

Candidates should hold CCS or CIC credentials, with inpatient coding expertise across diverse hospital settings. Remote, contract-based position offering collaboration with project stakeholders.

• Active CCS or CIC credential required.
• Expertise in ICD-10-CM/PCS and MS-DRG methodology with inpatient coding experience.
• Experience in diverse inpatient settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication with detail orientation.
• Access to ICD-10-CM/PCS code sets and guidelines.

Mansioni

• Annotate and review inpatient medical records, ensuring precise ICD-10-CM/PCS code assignment based on documentation.
• Identify principal and secondary diagnoses, sequence codes, and POA indicators; validate MS-DRG assignment including CCs/MCCs.
• Apply inpatient coding conventions per UHDDS, Official Guidelines, and AHA Coding Clinic; identify HACs and patient safety indicators.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities, ensuring data integrity.
• Deliver high-quality feedback on coding guidelines and complex cases to support AI model training and workflow improvements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all coding annotations per best practices.
