Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking an Inorganic (AA ICP ICP-MS) Sales Specialist for a field remote role covering OH and MI territories. The candidate will drive sales of Inorganic product lines, manage accounts, and develop strategic plans while traveling ~50% within the territory.

The role requires a chemistry background, deep knowledge of capital equipment sales cycles, and experience selling analytical instrumentation. A company vehicle and remote work are provided.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 3–5 years direct sales experience selling analytical instrumentation or laboratory experience as it relates to the products being sold.
• Must be able to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales volume via region/company strategic objectives; manage accounts and identify new targeted accounts.
• Develop and implement business plans; maintain territory plans, present technical information, and forecast opportunities.
• Cultivate partnerships with customers and suppliers to provide solutions; maintain technical selling capabilities.
