Humana, Inc. seeks an Innovation Portfolio Strategy Principal to identify opportunities, translate ideas into profitable programs, and advise senior executives.

You will lead cross-functional teams across strategy, design, and engineering, championing data-driven decision making and a startup mindset within the Medicare segment. You will define go-to-market approaches, establish KPIs, and guide data ingestion and optimization to meet member needs and business growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience, clinical strategy, consulting, or innovation with focus on digital/population health products.
• 2-3 years of leadership/program management experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience focused on Medicare populations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development of clinical and population health sub-portfolio of solutions.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, engineering, clinical, and operations teams to ensure alignment with partner needs.
