You will advise senior executives and lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, clinical, and operations to drive population health initiatives and Medicare-focused solutions. Candidates should have 10+ years in digital/healthcare strategy, strong analytics, and stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience, clinical strategy, consulting, or innovation with a focus on digital/population health products.
• 2–3 years of leadership/project management experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience focused on Medicare populations.
• Experience with healthcare data and analytics, contemporary technologies, and care delivery models.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships including executives and vendors.
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with experience identifying trends and insights.

Aufgaben

• Oversee development of the clinical and population health sub-portfolio of solutions and lead high-profile initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, clinical, and operations teams to align with partner needs.
• Develop and mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional solution teams.
• Translate ideation into strategic direction and project plans for pilots.
• Partner with external digital health companies to co-develop products or programs.
• Define KPIs and plans for data ingestion and optimization to meet customer needs.
