The role requires deep experience in digital health, Medicare, and data analytics, with a strong leadership track record. Reporting to senior executives, the position supports Go-To-Market strategies, KPI definition, and data-driven optimization while fostering a startup

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience in digital health or population health.
• 2-3 years of leadership/project management experience.
• 3+ years of health care experience focused on Medicare.
• Experience with healthcare data analytics and external vendors.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of the clinical and population health sub-portfolio.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Define KPIs and data plans for value realization.
