Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience in digital health/population health.
• 2-3 years of leadership or project management experience.
• 3+ years of Medicare-focused health care experience.
• Experience with healthcare data and analytics, and care delivery models.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships including executives and external vendors.
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of the clinical and population health sub-portfolio of solutions.
• Collaborate across strategy, design, engineering, clinical, and operations.
• Develop junior team members and lead cross-functional solution teams.
• Translate ideation into actionable strategic plans and pilot launches.
• Partner with external digital health companies to launch products or programs.
• Define KPIs and data-driven optimization paths.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with national and market leadership input.
• Advise on product management processes and tools and best practices.
• Apply advanced quantitative and qualitative research and analyses.
• Deliver high-quality recommendations to senior executives.
• Promote startup mindset and agile practices within Medicare segment.
