Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience, clinical strategy, consulting, or innovation with focus on digital/population health products.
• 2-3 years of leadership/project management experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience focused on Medicare populations.
• Experience with healthcare data/analytics, modern technologies, and care delivery models.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships including executives and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of the clinical and population health sub-portfolio of solutions.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, engineering, clinical, and operations teams.
• Lead and develop junior team members in cross-functional settings.
• Translate discovery work into strategic direction and project plans for piloting solutions.
• Partner with external digital health companies to launch products or programs.
• Define KPIs and paths to incremental value and optimization.
• Develop data ingestion plans to meet customer needs and inform scaling decisions.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans with national and market leadership input.
• Advise on product management processes and best practices.
