Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience, clinical strategy, consulting, or innovation with a focus on digital and/or population health products.
• 2-3 years of leadership/project management experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience focused on Medicare populations.
• Experience with healthcare data and analytics, technologies, managed care administrative functions and care delivery models.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships including executives and external vendors.
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of the clinical and population health sub-portfolio of solutions; lead development of high-profile, high-impact solutions.
• Center strategy with design, engineering, clinical, and operations; collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Lead and develop junior team members as a direct manager and as a leader within cross-functional solution teams.
• Translate ideation and discovery into actionable strategic direction and project plans.
• Define KPIs and path to incremental value; develop plans for data ingestion and optimization.
• Develop and execute go-to-market approaches integrating national and market leadership.
• Advise on product management processes and tools, including human-centered design thinking, user research and product blueprints.
• Apply advanced quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills.
• Develop deliverables connecting the portfolio to Medicare segment growth objectives.
• Champion startup mindset and agile adoption across Medicare.
