New England Cancer Specialists (NECS) is seeking a full-time Remote Non-Oncology Infusion (NOI) Coordinator. The role handles all NOI referrals, schedules recurring treatments, and pre-registers NOI patients across NECS sites.

The position also involves answering multi-line phones, triaging calls, obtaining necessary records and authorizations, and coordinating with pharmacists and financial advocates. Must reside in Maine or New Hampshire.

Qualifications

• Process NOI referrals received by phone, fax, or website.
• Create new patient accounts in appropriate systems.
• Schedule appointments for patients by phone within the appropriate timeframe.
• Schedule treatments in EMR following scheduling guidelines.
• Maintain thorough record collection/charts in preparation for visits.
• Readies orders and patient records for weekend clinic.
• Maintain professional demeanor under stress with diverse patients.
