New England Cancer Specialists (NECS) is seeking a full-time Remote Non-Oncology Infusion (NOI) Coordinator. The role handles all NOI referrals, schedules recurring treatments, and pre-registers NOI patients across NECS sites.
The position also involves answering multi-line phones, triaging calls, obtaining necessary records and authorizations, and coordinating with pharmacists and financial advocates. Must reside in Maine or New Hampshire.
New England Cancer Specialists (NECS) is currently seeking a full time 40 hr 5 Day a week Remote Non- Oncology Infusion Coordinator. Non-Oncology Infusion (NOI) Coordinator is responsible for all incoming referrals for non-oncology infusions and scheduling all recurring treatments at all NECS sites. Scheduling and pre-registering NOI patients, obtaining necessary records, and ensuring necessary labs, records, and authorizations are on file prior to treatment dates. Additional duties include answering multi-line phones, triaging calls, resolving issues and answering questions, redirecting callers if necessary, taking detailed messages, and/or forwarding calls to appropriate persons. Manages and resolves appointment conflicts proactively working directly with pharmacist and Financial Advocate. Maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and able to problem solve. Demonstrate superior customer service skills and the ability to be an effective team player
