The successful candidate will own security architecture reviews, threat modeling, incident response, and a strategic security roadmap aligned with regulatory requirements. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of information security experience, CISSP,

Qualifications

• 12 years of progressive information security experience
• 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Clearance required: active Secret clearance
• Certification required: CISSP

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mature security posture across ICAM, boundary protection, and ATO programs.
• Lead design, implementation, and operation of security controls (network, IAM, risk management).
• Develop strategic security roadmap aligned with regulatory requirements (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
• Mentor and develop a high-performing security team (engineers, analysts, IAM specialists).
• Collaborate with IT/DevOps/Cloud teams to implement secure-by-default infrastructure and automated controls.
• Oversee vulnerability and patch management, configuration management, and hardening baselines.
• Monitor security metrics and risk indicators for executives and stakeholders.
