Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Manager, Information Security to lead a team of security engineers in a remote US role. You will oversee incident response, escalations, and security operations, ensuring adherence to standards and SLAs while collaborating with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in security tool management (EDR, SIEM, DLP, PAM), strong networks and OS knowledge, and proven analytical skills to guide decisions and improvements across the security

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience maintaining and supporting a Security application/tool such as EDR, DLP, SIEM or PAM.
• Knowledge of information security principles, concepts, practices.
• CAB participation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Information Security Engineers and drive performance to meet SLA’s.
• Manage escalations, executive reporting and daily troubleshooting.
• Maintain security standards to reduce risk of data loss and incidents.
• Monitor security tools and remediate issues to keep environments secure.
• Collaborate with IT Operations and Engineering to strengthen security posture.
• Create and maintain runbooks and procedures for consistent operations.
