Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Manager, Information Security for a remote role in the United States. You will lead a team of security engineers, manage incidents, and uphold security standards across cloud and on‑prem environments.

The position offers extensive collaboration with IT and engineering teams to enhance the company’s security posture and protect customer data. Responsibilities include managing escalations, reporting to executives, and ensuring timely remediation while maintaining security tooling

Qualifications

• Lead a team of information security engineers and manage on-call schedules and incident response.
• Knowledge of Change Control practices with CAB participation experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years maintaining and supporting a Security application/tool (EDR/DLP/SIEM/PAM).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Information Security Engineers and drive performance with SLA adherence.
• Handle escalations, executive reporting, and day-to-day issue resolution.
• Maintain information security standards to reduce data loss risk and incidents.
• Monitor security tools and remediate issues to keep systems secure.
• Collaborate with IT Operations and Engineering to strengthen security posture.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing on tools, processes, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain procedures and runbooks for consistent operations.
