Job summary

TeleTech Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Incident Response Manager to lead our security operations from a remote location in the United States. You will oversee detection, containment, and remediation of cybersecurity threats while guiding a skilled team of analysts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CyberSecurity
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK techniques
• Review runbooks to guide SOC analysts
• Self-directed in complex attack scenarios
• Clear communication with stakeholders on issues and findings
• Familiarity with PHI/PII and PCI DSS assessments and audits
• Experience preparing security documentation and privacy controls

Responsibilities

• Lead Incident Lifecycle with the 24x7 SOC and coordinate containment, eradication, and recovery across tech teams
• Mentor and guide a high-performing Incident Response and Security Analyst team
• Develop and maintain the Incident Response Plan and playbooks for ransomware, phishing, insider threats, and third-party incidents
• Design tabletop and simulation exercises to test incident readiness and identify gaps
• Translate technical findings into actionable communications for Legal, HR, exec leadership, and business stakeholders
• Conduct Post-Incident Reviews to assess root cause and drive security improvements
• Prepare and maintain security and compliance documentation
• Advise internal and client teams on remediation of security and privacy weaknesses
• Provide security and privacy awareness training for technical teams, users, and leadership
