Job summary

Technical Support International (TSI) is seeking a Security and Compliance Engineer to partner with client teams in improving security postures across multi-client environments. You will write assessments, develop policies, and lead incident response while coordinating threat management efforts.

The role involves on-site visits and remote collaboration for a US-based clientele. Ideal candidates hold CISSP/CISM/CISA/ISSAP/ISSEP certifications with 6–8 years IT and 4+ years cyber security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; industry certifications preferred.
• 6–8 years IT experience with at least 4 years in Cyber Security.
• One or more security certifications REQUIRED (CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISSAP, ISSEP).
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-171, CIS Controls, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Consult and participate in day-to-day security operations with clients.
• Document vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor security controls and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Conduct security assessments using recognized frameworks (NIST 800-171, PCI DSS).
• Create network diagrams and documentation for security changes.
• Coordinate security awareness training for staff.
• Assist in incident response and investigations related to breaches.
• Travel for on-site assessments as needed.
