Job summary

Brilliant is seeking a Full-time Coordinator, Influencer & Celebrity to support the agency’s growing influencer marketing campaigns for family-focused brands. This fully remote role operates across the United States and requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.

You will collaborate with senior staff to execute campaigns, manage influencer relationships, and help optimize activations on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Qualifications

• 0-1+ years of influencer marketing experience in the consumer products industry.
• Understands the influencer marketing process and has worked on campaigns.
• Keeps an ear on the pulse of social trends and influencer marketing learnings.

Responsibilities

• Execute influencer campaigns, both paid and earned.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with influencers of all follower sizes.
• Communicates clearly via Zoom, email and Slack.
• Assists senior staff to execute brand strategies, campaigns and activations.
