Brilliant is a fully remote performance agency seeking a Senior Director, Influencer & Celebrity to lead our influencer programs and drive ROI for consumer brands. You will manage a team of 3–4 specialists, own talent budgets, and shape strategies across paid, earned, affiliate, and social channels, partnering with clients and leadership to deliver scalable results while upholding FTC guidelines.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of influencer marketing experience in consumer products.
• 4+ years managing people.
• Hands-on in securing celebrity talent partnerships and negotiations.
• Campaigns across multiple consumer categories.
• Budgets ownership and client relationships at agency or brand.
• Fluency in CreatorIQ, HypeAuditor, Shopify Collabs or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 influencer specialists, setting strategy and craft.
• Manage influencer budgets and talent spend.
• Develop influencer/celebrity strategies aligned to business goals.
• Lead programs across paid, earned, affiliate and ambassador activities.
• Integrate creator content into paid media and measure results.
• Drive social commerce and retailer activations.
