Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years in technical implementation, production management, process engineering, or technical sales.
• 50%+ overnight travel required.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales reps in industry-specific technical calls and presentations.
• Research, identify, and define market and product application opportunities.
• Develop plans with field teams to capture opportunities.
• Conduct on-site audits to solve customer problems.
• Provide on-the-job product and sales training.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on new training programs.
• Coach team members on processes, technologies, and value documentation.
