Job summary

Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes brand, seeks an Industry Process Consultant to articulate the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio and deliver compelling solutions for Life Sciences customers.

In this remote role, you will lead demonstrations, validate feasibility, and collaborate with services teams to map deployment roadmaps while ensuring ongoing customer success across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with Dassault Systèmes' solutions (or PLM industry).
• Experience working with systems integrators, 3DS resellers, and/or consulting firms.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience selling and implementing enterprise software solutions is preferred.
• Ability to travel across Europe, North America, and potentially parts of Asia.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Value Engagement process to understand customer business needs and articulate the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio.
• Plan and deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of value.
• Collaborate with Dassault Systèmes' Services or partners on deployment roadmaps.
• Monitor customer success throughout deployment and re-engage as necessary.
• Engage with customers to assess challenges and guide transformation journeys.
