Job summary

Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes brand, seeks an Industry Process Consultant to drive value engagements within Life Sciences. You will articulate the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio and guide customers through demonstrations, proofs of value, and deployment roadmaps.

You will work with cross-functional teams, ensure customer success, and communicate effectively in English across regions including Europe and North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and enterprise software is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Europe, North America, and possibly Asia.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Value Engagement process to understand customer business needs.
• Articulate the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio and propose solutions delivering maximum value.
• Plan and deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of value.
• Collaborate with Dassault Systèmes' Services or partners on deployment roadmaps; monitor success.
