Job summary

Hitachi Solutions seeks a Sr. Industry Manager for Manufacturing to drive industry-led growth using Microsoft Business Applications, Data, AI, and Cloud solutions. You will bridge customers, Microsoft, and Hitachi Solutions to shape strategy and accelerate opportunities.

You will engage executives, influence investments, and enable teams with repeatable industry assets while representing Hitachi Solutions at executive rounds, conferences, and partner forums.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry, consulting, technology, or business transformation experience.
• Deep understanding of industry operations, market dynamics, business processes, and customer challenges.
• Ability to identify business issues and translate them into strategic opportunities.
• Experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to communicate business value and executive-level outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud, Business Applications, Data, and AI technologies.
• Ability to connect technology investments with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Experience supporting business development, strategic pursuits, consulting engagements, or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to develop business cases, value propositions, and strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence across matrixed organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to align multiple functions around common objectives.
