Hitachi Solutions in the United States is seeking a Sr. Industry Manager-CPG, HLS/ProServe who will lead industry strategy, market insights, and growth initiatives across Microsoft Business Applications, Data, AI, and Cloud.

This role acts as a bridge between customers, Microsoft, and Hitachi Solutions, shaping go-to-market plans and executive engagement to accelerate transformation and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry, consulting, technology, or business transformation experience.
• Executive advisory experience with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud, Business Applications, Data, & AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging industry trends and growth opportunities for CPG, HLS/ProServe.
• Engage executives to understand transformation objectives and develop business cases.
• Support strategic pursuits and account planning with industry expertise.
• Develop industry perspectives and participate in customer events and campaigns.
• Enable sales, delivery, and marketing teams with repeatable industry assets.
