Qualifications
- 12+ years of industry, consulting, or business transformation experience.
- Deep understanding of industry operations, market dynamics and customer challenges.
- Ability to translate issues into strategic opportunities and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Identify emerging industry trends, challenges, regulatory shifts, and growth opportunities.
- Translate industry challenges into scalable solutions, sales plays, offerings and GTM initiatives.
- Shape industry-specific growth strategies aligned to Microsoft Business Applications, Data, AI, and Cloud.
- Engage senior executives to understand priorities and transformation objectives.
- Develop business cases and transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Create repeatable industry assets and enable cross-functional teams.
