Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Service Sales Engineer - South Region to drive sustainable growth of our VTS service products across the territory. You will promote value-based service offerings to new and existing customers, manage quotes, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with the service aftermarket team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in industrial service sales.
• Understanding of what value-based selling intends for Service business.
• Sound technical understanding and ability to quickly adopt to new products/technical developments.
• Working in an industrial environment, ideally with engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business targets.
• Cooperate with service aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to management, such as pricing situations and competitive activities.
• Undertake proposals of assigned service products, including price calculations using discounts strategy and quoting tools.
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels within the area and ensure an excellent standard of aftermarket service.
• Monitor and report on activities by updating the CRM with reports, opportunities and quotation status info.
