Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking an Industrial Sales Territory Representative to manage, call on, and sell industrial equipment within a Miami-based territory. The role offers a base salary of $70,000–$85,000 with monthly commissions and an annual bonus structure, reflecting knowledge, skills, and experience.

You will cultivate new and existing customer relationships, develop action plans to identify prospects, and present quotes and terms.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering, business, or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of direct sales experience or customer service experience, industrial equipment sales preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Must be self-directed.
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal verbal, and written communication skills.
• Have proven business analysis skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage, call on, and sell industrial equipment to customers in assigned territory.
• Proactively identify and target sales opportunities to meet or exceed goals.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, and terms to customers.
• Maintain professional image and uphold company values in all interactions.
• Develop and deliver sales materials for exhibits, conferences, and meetings.
• Prepare reports on activity, closings, and performance against budget.
