Metric Geo is seeking an Industrial Sales Representative to manage an established territory within the industrial equipment sector. You will inherit an existing customer base, drive new business growth, and represent a broad portfolio of compressed air equipment and system solutions.

The role emphasizes field engagement, building long-term relationships, and developing a territory growth strategy with uncapped commission, vehicle reimbursement, and comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in industrial or technical sales.
• Compressed air sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established sales territory and existing customer base.
• Develop new business by targeting competitive accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with customers and prospects.
• Sell compressed air equipment, systems, and related solutions into industrial customers.
• Work with internal technical resources to develop customer-specific system solutions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and become a trusted technical resource.
• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to achieve sales, margin, and market-share targets.
• Maintain consistent prospecting, customer engagement, and sales activity.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within the CRM.
