Job summary

Microbiologics is seeking an Industrial Sales Manager to expand the West Territory from a 100% remote home office. The role focuses on building partnerships with distributors, growing accounts, and delivering solutions that drive sustainable growth.

You will travel 35–50% to customer sites, manage relationships with key accounts, and leverage Salesforce CRM to track opportunities and performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales or microbiology laboratory experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships.
• Experience managing distributor relationships and strategic sales territories.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and travel throughout the West Territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to drive revenue growth and long-term customer success.
• Prospect for new customers while expanding existing accounts across the West Territory.
• Build long-term customer relationships through consultative selling and solution-based conversations.
• Identify opportunities for custom manufacturing and strategic account growth.
