Job summary

Medical Manufacturing Technologies LLC (MMT) is seeking a West Coast Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Western United States in a remote setup. You will identify new opportunities, nurture customer relationships, and lead strategic sales initiatives for automation and manufacturing solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of outside sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
3–5+ years of outside sales experience.
Experience selling capital equipment, automation, catheter manufacturing equipment, or related manufacturing solutions.
Proven ability to develop new business while growing existing relationships.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and achieving sales goals.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Western U.S. territory.
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Guide customers through the buying journey by understanding their needs and proposing MMT solutions.
Present MMT's automation and manufacturing solutions.
Collaborate with Sales teams to develop customer solutions.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and exceed territory booking goals.
Travel extensively to support customer visits, trade shows, and events.
