Job summary

Microbiologics is seeking an Industrial Sales Manager to expand our market presence in the Western United States. This 100% remote, home office-based role requires travel across the West Territory (35–50%).

Key responsibilities include developing territory business plans, growing customer relationships, managing distributors, and presenting solutions at industry events. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in outside sales or microbiology labs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years outside sales or microbiology laboratory experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships.
• Experience managing distributor relationships and strategic sales territories.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Territory Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive revenue and long-term customer success.
• Customer & Distributor Partnership: Serve as trusted advisor, train distributors, and maintain regular communication with customers and channel partners.
• Market Development: Monitor industry trends, attend trade shows and events, deliver product demonstrations, and provide market insights.
