Job summary

WM is seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant to join the Centralized Setup Team. You will set up and maintain digital customer records and provide essential support to the Technical Service Center and Manufacturing & Industrial Sales Team.

The role involves routine data maintenance, data entry into WM systems, preparing reports and letters, and assisting customers by phone and email. A high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience required; remote work from the US

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Must live and work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Maintains digital customer records and performs data entry.
• Provides administrative support to the Technical Service Center and Manufacturing & Industrial Sales Team.
• Prepares letters, correspondence and reports for billing and sales teams.
• Handles customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Supports billing inquiries and renewals for waste profiles.
