Job summary

WM is seeking a Key Industrial Sales Coordinator to support the Key Accounts Sales Team by coordinating critical admin tasks and maintaining data integrity. You will act as a central contact, delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders and customers, and help streamline processes to boost performance.

You will perform data entry, QA of account setups, generate reports, and handle billing-related requests. This remote role requires US residency and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• 1 year relevant work experience.
• Must live and work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Maintains data in WM systems (sales, web, landfill).
• Performs data entry into WM systems.
• Reviews account setups for quality assurance.
• Prepares customized bills and exports from WM.
• Generates volume and revenue reports for reps and customers.
• Assists with billing inquiries or special bills.
• Coordinates waste profile renewals.
• Maintains electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
• Provides phone and email customer support.

Education
