WM in Lansing, MI is seeking a Key Industrial Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by maintaining customer data and handling administrative tasks. You will ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and assist with billing inquiries to keep processes efficient.

You will serve internal stakeholders and external customers, providing high-quality service, coordinating waste profile renewals, and maintaining filing systems while using WM systems for data entry and reporting.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience required.
• Must live and work in the US.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts routine data maintenance of WM systems and related data sources.
• Performs data entry into WM systems.
• Performs QA reviews of account setups.
• Prepares customized bills and exports from WM systems.
• Generates volume and revenue reports for sales reps and customers.
• Supports billing inquiries or special bills.
• Coordinates waste profile renewals.
• Maintains electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
• Provides customer support via phone and email.
