The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in process improvement, and proven Lean/Six Sigma expertise, with strong data analysis and collaboration via digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial engineering focusing on process improvement.
• Proven Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and virtual collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data and processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Design and implement scalable process improvements using digital collaboration tools.
• Develop and apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
• Create process documentation (SOPs, flowcharts) for remote dissemination.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Monitor performance of solutions and provide remote support for continuous improvement.
