Reyes Holdings is seeking a fully remote role with up to 90% travel to lead distribution-center projects across the United States. This position emphasizes data-driven analysis and engineered standards to optimize DC operations.

You will define work elements, observe floor activities, analyze performance, and implement SOPs and ELS. The role also involves training staff, coordinating WMS configurations, and managing layout-related projects in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or GED with 5–7+ years in a related field.
• Ability to analyze DC data, define standards, and implement engineered labor standards.
• Experience with WMS configuration and SOP development is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define work elements, observe floor operations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in DCs nationwide.
• Perform trend analysis of DC performance, efficiency, and capacity.
• Review, refine, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead training for warehouse staff on engineered labor standards (ELS).
• Manage strategic projects including layout optimization and slotting/pick paths.
• Support WMS configuration translating operational needs into system solutions.
• Up to 90% travel required.
