Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a distribution-center engineer to develop and implement engineered labor standards across U.S. facilities. You will define work elements, observe floor operations, analyze data, and implement standards to improve efficiency and capacity.

You will lead SOP creation and training for warehouse staff on ELS, with heavy project work including layout optimization and slotting. Expect extensive travel and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5 to 7+ years of specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Define work elements, complete floor observations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in DCs nationwide.
• Trend analysis of DC performance, efficiency, and capacity.
• Review, refine, and create SOPs.
• Lead training for warehouse staff explaining engineered labor standards (ELS).
• Project management of strategic projects including layout optimization and slotting/pick paths.
• Support/configure WMS; translate operational requirements into WMS configurations.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
