Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Lead Data Center Technician / Working Foreman to support deployments in active data centers and critical environments. You will coordinate a small field crew, assign tasks, and personally perform installation, cabling, labeling, and cabinet closeout tasks while ensuring quality and safety.

This remote‑heavy travel role requires 75–90% nationwide travel, 10–12 hour shifts, and flexibility for nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data center, telecom, structured cabling, or network infrastructure.
• Experience leading technicians, helpers, subcontractors, or small field crews while staying hands-on.
• Ability to read rack elevations, port maps, cable schedules, and field instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field activities for technicians, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Perform hands-on rack-and-stack, equipment staging, cabinet preparation, server and switch installation, and cabinet closeout.
• Route, dress, label, connect, and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling per drawings and runbooks.
• Record serial numbers, asset tags, MAC addresses, and test results; maintain issue logs.
• Provide clear daily status updates, raise blockers, and communicate risks and next steps.
