Job summary

INA Solution is seeking Industrial Engineers to optimize warehouse and distribution operations, support process improvements, and design logistics solutions for a leading global organization. Roles include both junior and senior opportunities with remote work and travel expectations.

Ideal candidates have experience in industrial engineering, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Relevant experience in industrial engineering, warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Hands-on AutoCAD experience is required.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of WMS and warehouse/distribution processes.
• Experience with labor standards, time studies, process improvement, or warehouse layout design.
• Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse and distribution operations to identify opportunities for improved productivity, cost efficiency, and workflow.
• Develop and optimize facility layouts, material flow, equipment requirements, and operational processes.
• Conduct time studies, develop engineered labor standards, and support labor planning and productivity improvement.
• Evaluate warehouse management systems (WMS), labor management systems (LMS), and warehouse automation solutions.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis, ROI assessments, and business case development for process and technology improvements.
• Lead or support project implementation, coordinating with Operations, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Develop reports, dashboards, SOPs, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
