Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a fully remote role with up to 90% travel to lead distribution-center projects across the United States. This position emphasizes data-driven analysis and engineered standards to optimize DC operations.

You will define work elements, observe floor activities, analyze performance, and implement SOPs and ELS. The role also involves training staff, coordinating WMS configurations, and managing layout-related projects in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or GED with 5–7+ years in a related field.
• Ability to analyze DC data, define standards, and implement engineered labor standards.
• Experience with WMS configuration and SOP development is a plus.

Responsibilities

This position is fully remote with approximately 90% travel required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Define work elements, complete floor observations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in Distribution Centers (DCs) across the United States


• Trend analysis of DCs performance, efficiency, & capacity


• Review, refine, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)


• Lead training for warehouse staff explaining engineered labor standards (ELS)


• Project management of strategic projects including layout optimization, slotting/pick paths, racking configurations


• Support/coordinate warehouse management system (WMS) configuration. Ability to translate operational requirements into WMS config/solutions


• Up to 90% travel is required


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
