Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee daily operational activities in a rotating role across multiple functions, including warehousing and distribution. You will support performance, quality, and safety targets while actively improving processes and efficiency.

The position requires leadership experience and the ability to travel up to 50%. Compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements is essential, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience (or alternatives per guidelines).
• High School Diploma with 9–11+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operational activities in a rotational Field Operations Manager role.
• Work across functions including Warehouse, Delivery, Transportation, 3rd party distributors, Merchandisers, off-site storage facilities, Inventory, etc.
• Support and implement company initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety metrics.
• Proactively improve process functioning and strive for enhanced levels of efficiency.
• Assist in establishing and analyzing daily/weekly KPIs and budgets.
• Adhere to company standards, policies and regulatory requirements; promote the company values.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Other duties as assigned.
