Job summary

Ingersoll Rand's Compression Systems and Services Customer Center is hiring an Account Manager to drive equipment sales and service activity across the Southwest region. You will travel regionally, quote, strategize, prospect and build relationships to hit revenue targets while supporting both distributors and direct customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in industrial sales, and readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in industrial sales or SDP program.
• Regional travel to customer sites within territory.
• Valid driver's license for 12+ months, no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue by selling equipment, service contracts, and service offerings to end users and partners within a geographic area.
• Develop dealer and customer relationships to expand IR presence in the market.
• Provide compressed air solutions and design offerings for industrial customers.
• Manage orders, customer documentation, and CRM data; track pipeline and deliver updates.
• Aim to exceed all sales targets and support cross-functional teams.
