Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Remote Part-Time Independent BCBA (1099) with full admin support and autonomy, based in Georgia. You will lead clinical decisions, determine your schedule, and decide when to use in-person or telehealth services, while Tellos handles paperwork and billing.

The role offers flexible hours, telehealth options, and backend operations support to manage referrals, credentialing, and administration, enabling you to focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in good standing.
• Strong autonomous work ethic with ability to manage own schedule.
• Comfortable using telehealth and digital data collection tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically to assess and design evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs with fidelity.
• Use data to monitor progress and adjust plans in real time.
• Ensure clinical documentation demonstrates medical necessity for payers.
• Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization at home.
• Maintain high ethical standards per BACB guidelines.
