You will handle incoming calls, provide information on services, and document interactions across multiple systems. Training is provided and equipment is supplied for a fully remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (work sponsorship not available).
• REAL ID-compliant or U.S. Passport for identification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain VA background investigation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• May require overtime to ensure end-of-day queue coverage.
