This full-time role includes paid training, equipment provided, and benefits such as health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k), with a stable schedule.

Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain VA background checks, and excellence in customer service while using multiple systems.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship; work sponsorship not available.
• Ability to obtain and maintain VA background investigation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No cold calling, sales, or collections; focus on helping Veterans.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and friendly.

• Research information and help callers find solutions.
• Document call details accurately across multiple systems.
• Provide exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
