Job summary

Principle Choice Solutions (PCS) is seeking a Remote Inbound Call Center Representative to support Veterans by answering questions, solving problems, and guiding callers to the information they need. This 100% remote role offers paid training, company-provided equipment, a set full-time schedule, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

No cold calling or sales; you’ll deliver friendly, professional support from home, with ongoing coaching and team collaboration

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
• REAL ID-compliant or U.S. Passport
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to ensure end-of-day coverage by remaining on duty until all calls in the queue are resolved; may require overtime

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist Veterans and providers with questions regarding services and support programs
• Research information and help callers find solutions
• Document call details accurately within multiple systems
• Provide friendly, professional support while creating a positive experience on every call
• Build positive relationships through empathy, patience, and problem-solving
• Meet quality and performance expectations while maintaining accuracy
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve service delivery
