Job summary

Principle Choice Solutions is seeking a Remote Inbound Call Center Representative to support Veterans from home. You will answer calls, provide information, and connect callers with the resources they need while delivering friendly, professional service.

This fully remote role includes paid training, equipment, and a set full-time schedule. You'll work with a supportive team and have opportunities for growth within a mission-driven company serving Veterans nationwide.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; work sponsorship not available.
• Two forms of valid ID (REAL ID or U.S. Passport).
• Ability to obtain and maintain VA background investigation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to ensure end-of-day coverage; may require overtime.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from Veterans and providers with professionalism.
• Research information and help callers find solutions.
• Document call details accurately within multiple systems.
• Provide friendly, professional support while creating a positive experience on every call.
