Principle Choice Solutions, LLC is seeking a 100% remote Inbound Call Center Representative to support Veterans by answering questions, solving problems, and guiding callers to the information they need.

This full-time role offers paid training, equipment provided, and a set schedule, with a focus on quality customer service and teamwork. You will work from a home office, using multiple systems, and may be required to stay late for closing coverage.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
• Two forms of valid identification (REAL ID-compliant or U.S. Passport)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• May require staying beyond scheduled shift when closing coverage and overtime

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist Veterans and providers with questions regarding services and support programs
• Research information and help callers find solutions
• Document call details accurately within multiple systems
• Provide exceptional customer experience on every interaction
• Build positive relationships through empathy and problem-solving
• Meet quality and performance expectations while maintaining accuracy
