Principle Choice Solutions LLC is seeking a Remote Inbound Call Center Representative to provide compassionate assistance to Veterans from a home office. You will handle inbound inquiries, guide callers to the right resources, and document interactions across multiple systems as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; work sponsorship not available.
• Two valid forms of identification, REAL ID-compliant or U.S. passport.
• Ability to obtain and maintain VA background investigation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stay on duty through closing coverage and potential overtime.

Responsibilities
