Principle Choice Solutions, LLC is hiring for a 100% remote Remote Inbound Call Center Representative. You will be the first point of contact for Veterans and healthcare providers, answering questions, guiding callers to information, and delivering high-quality service.

You’ll receive paid training, company-provided equipment, and full-time benefits. This remote role requires reliable home office setup and dedication to helping Veterans with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
• Two forms of valid identification (REAL ID or U.S. Passport)
• Ability to obtain and maintain VA background investigation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• May require overtime to ensure queue coverage at end of day

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist Veterans and providers with questions regarding services and support programs
• Research information and help callers find solutions
• Document call details accurately within multiple systems
• Provide exceptional customer experience on every interaction
• Build positive relationships through empathy, patience, and problem-solving
• Meet quality and performance expectations while maintaining accuracy
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve service delivery
