Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking an Inbound Call Transfer Sales Team Manager to lead a team of up to 25 agents and drive achievement of hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets. The role requires coaching, performance management, and maintaining an engaging, accountable culture across the sales floor.

Qualifications

Two years of sales experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Leadership in a Call center sales in the Timeshare/Hospitality industry a plus

Monitor results, provide real-time sales support, conduct call reviews and coaching.
Establish development plans, recognize performance, and manage accountability through approved processes.
Oversee daily workforce readiness, schedule adherence, attendance, and payroll-related tasks.
Create a positive, accountable culture through mentorship, recognition, and engagement.
Ensure compliance with sales practices, policies, and documentation standards.
